Newcastle Masters Teams

Nominations are now open for the Newcastle Masters teams to attend the full state masters championships in Bathurst from Thursday 25th of July to Sunday 28th July 2019.

Please complete your masters nomination form ASAP.



Due to the overwhelming response to the expression of interest NDWHA will enter 7teams in this year’s Masters State Championships (full state) will be held in Bathurst from Thursday 25th July to Sunday 29 July 2019

No trials will be held this year as the MastersCommittee are trying to accommodate players by placing them in the team that they haveexpressed an interest for, unfortunately this may not always be the case. As you can understand it is an enormous task to place players in the right teams. Your understanding and patience would greatly be appreciated.

Nomination forms need to be finalised and your Representative levy paid to secure your position in a team. We are using the online registration and we are no longer taking cashpayments, yes we are now cashless. You will be able to pay by credit card soon we are just finalising the final steps to make this possible   

Masters have their own Bank Account,please don’t pay into the NDWHA account.


All players are required to pay $150 Representative fee by direct deposit to the banking

Please send a copy of your receipt to the Treasurer of NDWHA at: Using the Reference as your name and team. (eg Example: D Smith 40’1).



Costing will be available once all nominations have been received. Representative Levy is to by received no later than Friday 24th May.

After this time final costing can be advised.  



It is expected that games will commence on Thursday 25th July, therefore players and officials should make arrangements to be in Bathurst by Wednesday evening.



Masters Players will continue to wear the NDWHA uniform.  If you do not have a uniform please indicate on your registration form.

• Skirts $40

• Socks $15.  

All players are welcome to purchase any of the following–

• Hoodie $70             

• Track pants $55    

• Track top   $65      

• Walkout shirt $45

We will be staying at: Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst. Due to the expected high number of players attending, partners and families cannot be accommodated, therefore if you wish to bring your partners or family, please arrange your own accommodation and advise us that you have other arrangements. Accommodation is booked form Wednesday to Saturday therefore if anyone is not staying on Wednesday night, please let us know so the appropriate bookings cancellations can be made.  


Team Dinner:

If your team would like to have a team dinner, please ask your manager or team Captain to make arrangements.


Masters Committee: 


A number of the ladies involved in the committee last year are keen to go again, please remember these ladies volunteer their time to make sure your State Championship trips away run smoothly as possible.

A reminder for those players wishing to nominate for the State Championships, nominations must be in by 1st June 2018.  Trials will be in Newcastle on Saturday, 16th June.
